More missing:
Road study was issued to Webequie, Nibinamik, Eabametoong and Neskantaga. Only two of these are mentioned today.
Why not the other two?
Just look at the version of E-W road map ( some what modified from original Noront's proposal). Hence I excuse
Eabametoong because the main road is fairly distant from them. Is it so because they did not participate properly or
they abstained due to the road path decision without their accomodation.

However why Neskantaga is not shown as to be connected? Very strange indeed.

Also the announcement is for an assessment:
"Communities are working to begin environmental assessments of these projects by January 2018 and plan to begin construction in 2019, pending all necessary approvals."
With the road study expected by many of us to take 6 months, took more than two years, so how long are we to expect this assessment to take. No later than beginibg of 2019? Really?

One thing that I was completly surprised about is commitment to part of the N-S road to Martens. To me it means a decision to construct a rail line to the Ring for the chromite. Yes railway. I can not imagine trucking chromite, just remember Greens etc.
I see this road only as an aid to the construction of the railway. Of course Marten Falls needs a road also to benefit
from lower priced services. Other wise they would also not be on side to this development.

All just my opinions of course, Ed.
