T.R., I know next to nothing as most on this forum. And what I do know is mostly from this forum.
Namely that Wynne is rumoured to be making an announcement But there is no such rumour from the feds.
What I also know is how politicians work, OK my view of them is jaded so take it for what it is.

I assume that if it was a profound announcment then there would be a fuss made about that annuncment from both governments. It is not in a politicians nature to miss taking a bow in front of the public, more so if it is earned.
Announcment just from Wynne is a hint of what the news might be.

Like the rest of you I also hope for the best but have become pragmatic and caution some of you to not let your wish do your thinking. We have been disapointed too often and for too long.
