I do not see any red flags nor any prospects in the immediate future.
What I see is one orange, a few yellow and one Huge green, But that green one has not been foisted on a pole but only lying folded at the foot of it's pole.

By orange flag I mean the persistent delay in obtaining the OK for direction of the road route and it's go ahead financially.

I suspect I do not need to waste anyone's time by explaining how many and the meaning of each yellow flag.

So still put me down as a solid Noront investor who is cautious and now pessimistic until the day the weather gets better and that green flag is waiving in the wind. Ed.
