This still does not support Goodheart's statement " The biggest buyer of chromite (about 70%) of the worlds chromite every year can use the kwg process for free because frank dropped the patent app for the process in their country". 

As we just learnt from Babjak1 LNG is possible for China to obtain in large quantities if the KWG patent technique provides for cheaper production over the long haul.  It would not seem prudent for Frank to drop the patent application in China unless it were part of a larger deal?
