Agree but...

I doubt that companies in the Ring would have to deal with all of Matawa. If it were so I would be shocked and seriously consider pulling out of the Ring. Just too many mouths at the trough.
Am of opinion that only Webequie is the community that has any right to claim anything. All the rest are free loaders.

However there are a few communities that are involved for good reason with respect to road and rail to the Ring. These communities are trying to convince everybody that a road or rail should be going past their neighbourhood.
This is where the conflict and delay is, as I see it.
