Canada aready has had an infrustructure bank , it was formed in 1939 , the bank of canada act! It would increase the money supply in slow economic times to all levels of government to build infrustucture and pay wages. When times got better it would decrease the money supply making the canadian dollar worth more. All this with no outside debt from interest. It all changed in 74 and Pierre Eliot Trudeau.
