The Dip financing for Essar Steel Algoma (now Algoma) was not extended by the judge. The lenders with secured assets can file a motion to lift the stay if they are not being paid and seize the companies secured assets...

And not a peep from the union.

But, Algoma is ....hiring..deadline July 7, 2017
