Build the road, and everything falls into place.  Im sure KFC and a modern full size Tim Horton's will be successful in the Ring once the road is built.    The Feds and Ont. govnt and Mattawa and Chief Day can reconcile their differences over a nice cup of hot coffee and deep fried chicken.  Otherwise there is no starting point.  Right now im with the Winn approach.  Looking forward to announcement.
