600 Billion vs 60 Billion

In the ground being bandied about makes me very nervous.60 Billion has been

around for more than couple of years and has the backing of some extremely

knowlegeabla and well respected people not connected to ROF.

60 Bill. is more than enough to make resources viable economicaly for years to

come but only once the hurdles are out of the way. As it is today area is still

"landlocked", some poster said today " Stranded" Progress seems to be at hand

but moving at snails pace.

Talking 600 Billon today is akin to asking CEO of any auto company: Is now the

best time to purchase vehicle. Always optimistic but cautious investor.
