We still essentially have a stranded deposit...lots of promises...true value (vs in situ value) is thus  currently theoretical and subjective and largely based upon  one's assessment as to how likely the politicians will be able to deliver on their  promises...

...thats' why we currently sit at an MCAP of ~1% of Eagles Nest's  in situ value
