Yes, I think it's fairly safe to say today will be a nice trading day.  IMHO there is a great deal of upside from these levels, the stock could double from here before the news is released.  I have heard the government has been pushed hard by Noront to get something moving because there is significant interest in the background.  Time will tell.  GLTA.
