I can only assume that by major announcement that Thibeault is referring to the impending news not only coming from Kathleen Wynne, but also from those Matawan First Nations who are willing to cooperating with her.  I do not expect this next announcement from Wynne to be done unilaterally.  If this next announcement is what we think it is then we should anticipate the Chiefs of the respective Matawan communities to also be present.
