Hey Ringer,
Many seasoned NOSTERS have witnessed multiple false starts over the last decade.... I certainly applaud you enthusiuasm and truly hope that the train is soon to leave the station, on the tracks which have yet to be be laid.. Today's volume action is likley long-term holders topping off their positions in the context of increased ROF parliamentary and media chatter and somewhat improved ROF sentiment . I remain cautiously optomistic.
