which Irish1111 posted in timely manner ( Thank you Irish1111), Pershing appears to

be minor player at best. Their sale of 171,454 shares at the average of 0.226 cents

would indicate sale(s) late in the trading session on Friday. The lowest average for

its sales @ 0.226 cents is quite telling IMHO.

Lets hope for better showing for Noront going forward. Some would see conspiracy

at every turn, I ,while not not categoricaly dismissing it, do NOT.
