I would have to agree Vermilion!  Even at such a late hour I welcome this recent manipulation.  Obviously, it would appear that those with influence seek to take advantage of us before we gain ground.  Mind you, the effort taken to suppress this stock has been far greater than that which would be needed to allow it to go free.  At some point soon the fundamentals behind Noront will prevail, and dwarf all that has kept it down for so long.
