So how does this work out when two different companies try to obtain this billion dollars ? The other issue that a nagging issue and government budgets for the coming year is the budget they table . This provincial government quotes agenda only to be caught with falsehoods . This years budget has not tabled or accounted for this billion and it been promised some 4 years running .
