The comparison to the oil sands is realistic, if making it a National priority has actually established companies like Sunco, Baytex and Enca, it bodes well for NOT and its SP. This direct attack on Liberals and Wynne specifically is difficult to mitigate, since too much is at stake. It seems FN are coming to a more positive stance, the one in favour of development. Looks like all strings are getting attached, this may culminate in a far more rapid pace towards the goal, O'Toole is making the point more fiercely than we have seen before, now in the knowledge of Marten Falls consent.
