If they plan on reducing Algoma's debt by 1.5 billion I guess the question here is:
How deep in debt is Algoma in the first place? How soon, and by what means do they intend to start making Algoma profitable again?....
......Because with this sort of debt load it will take a miracle to turn them around.......They really need to get involved with a project of National Priority....one that shows a once in a life time level of promise.....with massive ROI, huge socioeconomic gain, and employ thousands of people.....But, it will have to last for at least another century.....hint, hint.
