You say

No one likes having to issue shares for any reason, however, it is a necessity to move projects forward.

Out of the last 200,000,000 million shares issued what was needed to move this forward. Why couldn't NOT have laid low and untill FN was sorted out, looking back we would still have Windfall and have maybe 150,000,000 million less shares.
