Message: Progress being made on FN-governmental level

the fact that DevCorp has Not yet included industry leaders in its board is directly linked to the fact that it is UNKNOWN which industry leaders will be the relevant ones. As I have understood, strong progress is being made with the crucial meetings for tax revenue sharing. Alan has pointed out the negotiations were overburdened with too many details and too many themes, Not so any longer. I view this forum has become too pessimistic, even sceptical about a known and necessary step- by- step approach, which is in fact well on its way. You do Not hear me saying it is an optimistic Outlook already, nonetheless it is better than neutral. SP has a dramatic 'feel' on the (non-)development, that may change soon. Do Not forget the Majors are unlikely to leave a worldclass deposit like this one aside, for now yes, but be prepared, it can and will change, and IMHO, it may take less time from here than anybody is expecting. We have seen stranger things happening than a change of fortunes. I view forum is too pessimistic, so is SP.
