Unfortunately,

I may have been a bit too hasty in my assumption. Apparently, there may be two gentlemen with the same name working for two different companies. One is with Baowu (merger of Baosteel and Wuhan), and the other with the Changan Automotive Company. I see no information on the internet to substantiate my initial suspicion that this person Bo Liu, who has come onboard with Noront, may in fact be connected with the Changan Automotive Co.; pitty. I do apologize.
