Seems to me Rickford was less than successful in moving the ROF or NOT forward  when he was in gov't so hard to see how/why he would be much help as a private citizen/lawyer.  BOD participants get paid to be on boards and many many ex-politicians end up on them.  Gotta make a living when you're kicked off the gov't payroll.  More fluff than substance imo
