Do the FN in ROF talk to each other

Hello,

I'm not a Canadian citizen so don't know if there is any historical background. But I'm wondering if anybody knows if local FN are talking to each other?

I mean we have in the ROF 3 "tribes" and as it seams 2 of them are on our side (Martenfalls & Webequie).

Do these 2 also talk to the Neskantage people or is it all by themselves?

Anybody any thought?
