As I look back I notice a lot of hope that in the next few months, or at least a year, we would get the permits and transportation route.
However each time the months turned into another year after another year.
Now the winter season for 2017 is all but dead with no sign of hope for this year.
Our sp today dipped to 23 cents, not much of a dip but still it shows investors walking for the remainder of this year.
Like many still remaining here I still have hope, but I also write off this year.
