Will Trudeau come out from under his BlackRock and show us the money during the 2017 Budget release?.......Could it be that this recent meeting with BlackRock has been arranged to sign the papers that put our public / private model in place?  Similar to the one that Trump wants...........Maybe we are in for a nice little surprise.....hmmmmm

With full recognition that the wheels of government turn very slowly (infrastructure dollars have not flown out as quickly or had the economic boost most hoped for and April will see the first round of income filing where the 2016 budget measures are in place).......
