...talk the talk, but can you walk the walk...words without concrete  action  lose meaning if spoken often enough. Perhaps my current mood/opinion is somewhat congruent with the cloudy/rainy weather here in Toronto, but to me another release like this  in the absence of  concomitant  (or shortly forthcoming) news regarding a firm committment to infrastructure and full buyin  from the Mattawa First Nations is adding insult to injury...I see it as akin to telling one's children that they may go into the candy store to have a look, perhaps snifff around and wonder at all of the goodies , but no touching , and that before entering they will have their jaw wired shut  for the forseeable future, with no word as to when or if their "lockjaw" will be released
