I read the article earlier this week on twitter, i tried to post it, but my computer skill aren't the best thanks Babjak1 for posting it.  However, 2.5 billion is  nothing to laugh at in latin america, where donkey and carts are used as a modern method of transportation but nothing what i expect blackrock to invest  in Canada and the US especially for a 5.1 trillion dollar company, which pulled 1 trillion out of a bank and deposited in J.P Morgan last week because said bank couldn't make more thant 3% on 1 trillion dollars.  That said, 2.5 billion could get the Ring going.  On a side not, Agoracom posted Vgamnling symbl gmnl. has anyone looked into this
