Yes they want all those things as well. It seems the FN have been able to fool you into thinking that they do not want the road, only the "white man's" does. They want everyone to think that because the road is the only thing they have to bargain with. The FN think that if they approve the road then they will not get all the other things they want, so they want all the other things first.
