Smack on Edgy. Same with all the infrastructure BS about tolls and fees doubling down on the taxpayers and the 3P (public/private pateneships) foreign investors controversy, being the only ways to generate public revenues. Not a word about the ROF being ready to go, ready to generate public revenue. Ready to cover so very many other infrastructure projects for many decades forward. For Ontario, how is it not the priority project, the 'no brainer', the first off the mark Ontario project?
