Hello Ringer,

Thanks for posting. Question in general, as I did not follow this part of our story.

Can there be another reason for restructuring this site? I mean the whole market for these kind of mills is still not "up and running".

Thing is that (from what I followed) that I can't remember any good reason to restart this plant???
