Thanks for posting the FP article.
My observations...
According to your posted Huff Post article (and BNN -Prince analyst commentary last week) article, and infastructure Canada), only one single $1.6million infastructure contract is signed IN 2016 to date.
"Since then, 860 projects have been approved across Canada. But only one, a disaster mitigation project in Whitecourt, Alta., has actually broken ground in that time frame."--HP
One can only ask, as I am doing,....What was the current federal fiscal year $29.8 Billion deficit, (? announced in last weeks' budget update actually spent on?.....??
It sure wasn't the alleged 860 less one infastructure projects.
The only good NOT news headline this am on Global news headline:--
"Grim outlook for Premier Kathleen Wynne, Ontario Liberals in 2018 election: poll - Toronto | Globalnews.ca":--summary-
Wynne 15%; ndp 56%; PC 51%.
Where was the Morneau announced 2016 $30 B spent??? .... not to mention the $10B Ontario deficit to be announced shortly. Not on infastructure.
Maybe infastructure was renamed/rebranded from the former social license terminology, and will never be defined.
