In fact, practically speaking it has been the thousand' time for Noront to speak up, in essence it is totally unoeasy to be in this loop. NOT does Not have a good story after 10 years, and that is the only thing shareholders who have taken the risk and seek return. In my holistic view this is a fraud, promises from a company which heavily leans on a few parties bringing the story down. I would say this qualifies for top 3 mismanagement ever.
