Goodheart_r's post was deleted but not flagged as a violation so I don't know who deleted it. I have no way of knowing if it is accurate or not but as speculation here is what had Goodheart_r posted.

"The Chinese engineering study is completed. The costing of the material list from the engineering study has been contracted out. The Chinese bankable feasibility study will be finished and ready to be presented to The People's Bank of China by the end of December. This means we can expect funding announcements from the end of December on, probably within the first two months of 2017."
