"We’re looking for a partner " So what exactly does that mean? If the government were interested in owning businesses and sharing in the profits then the term partner makes some sense, otherwise it means handouts. I mean why can't these people "partner" with a bank? Why should the tax-payer a.k.a. government assume all the risks with none of the profits?
