What is not substantiated is the net value of the chromite (selling price-costs) which I would say right about now is zero. Saying the chromite is worth 60 billion is like saying the silicon in the quartz in the ROF is worth 60 billion which it is, but it has a net value of zero because the selling price-the cost of production is negative.

Did you know that that there is 20 million tons of gold ( dissolved) in the ocean? http://oceanservice.noaa.gov/facts/gold.html So according to your thinking the value of the gold is currently $26.2 trillion US.
