Message: How a junior mining company’s video became a cautionary tale for marketers

Not sure I understand why it was PR disaster when it was a marketing success. It got international attention and introduced the Ring of Fire to millions who would otherwise never have heard about it. Furthermore since more people now know about it there is a chance that some of these will invest in the Ring of Fire. Also if it was such a failure why did KWG's shares not drop, in fact they are higher now than they were at the beginning of the year.

I think it is just soar grapes because the main stream media did not think about it and because it was done cheaply. However what works for a tiny company working in an unknown area may not work so well for a large company. But then again it may LOL
