Looks like there was more than one support level broken ...

By my calculation the new dilution was about 40/325 = 12% but stock down over 25%?

I may be way out to lunch with my calculation?

I would like to hear other opinions on why the steep decline in SP?

Again I may be way out to lunch but at 29 or 30 cents this seems like a screaming buy....all else being equal of course?

We were waiting for gov't and FN action before and after this announcement....so other than dilution what is so bad? DA
