Seahawks, don't applaud Frank just yet. You have to ask yourself, at the cost of Frank's road do you think it will put up with the level of traffic expected. Especially the weight of 30+ truck loads of heavy ore daily; if I do recall. Not to mention supplies, equipment, FN movement.......I think NOT. Frank's roads will always be in a state of needing constant repair.
