If so why did SP not bump again?

We saw a temporary bump a few weeks ago. It may have been related to the new drilling.

Time will tell.

All that I can say with some confidence is that very few retail investors have any clue about what is happening with this stock (myself included), but I don't think the same can be said of a few institutional investors. This is a company in which being a retail shareholder requires some intestinal fortitude.
