Does not sound like much happened except spending funds....

The primary focuses of the RFA TPA Joint Workplan Team are

to make reporting easier, to ensure allocated funds are spent throughout

the fiscal year and to assist with seamless funding flow for the next fiscal

year.

I hope more happened over the last year and a half.
