I think what is needed is a new strategy....one that has worked out well for Probe.

They need to pick up another property elsewhere; preferably outside of Ontario....in a more mining friendly jurisdicion....like Tanzania or something.

Perhaps, once their attention is focused elsewhere, some may be more willing to talk.
