Wow. Cons Feds and prob Libs working together to undermine the mining industry. One faint hope. Fed Libs opportunity to review this and fix it. Perhaps wishful thinking following the lacklustre response by the PM today when asked about the ROF and the road. The suggestion that the report is property of the 4 fns is laughable.
