So why did they not move to where are all the infrastructures for more comfotable living?
My answer is simple - If they move they would likely lose all the support payments from the federal government. Thet would mean that one would have to earn a living by working.
So why work when you can have a living provided, mind you with choice of expensive food and hard to obtain health care. We all choose how we live. They find it easier to gripe about the conditions instead of earning a living, particularly when the rest of us are willing to hand over the support payments.
That is one of the constitutional mistakes that we live with.
I'm for all canadians to be on an equal footing with no special status for anyone.
