I realize the Private Message (PM) function isn't working so people are tending to comment to other people openly on the channel vs via PM. That said critizing or insulting another poster leads to a disfunctional board pretty quickly and seldom achieves anything. Lets keep the board functional and avoid some of the problems that creep up on other boards.

If someone posts something that you disagree with feel free to say why but stay away from the personal criticisms or attacks. If you think it is a violation flag the post and one of the hub leaders will take a look.
