It was my understanding it was a rule that all gaps will eventually be filled.

I asked the teacher at the time if this was something set in stone - he said no but it is more likely than not.

If I have some time today I will look for some exceptions to this rule so we can put this to bed once and for all.

I do not think we will close the gap up from this week, but if there is no news, or bad news its certainly a possibility.

In our scenario, one would watch to see if we hold the new .38 support, if not then the gap will be filled.

If we trend towards the 52 week high, and suddenly break away from it, that lower gap will not fill.
