Indeed a great strategic buy.

But

as usual - longtime shareholders and believers are paying the price.

Frontend dilution of $750k (up to $3.75M) plus Backend dilution (1% NSR).

Sick of permanent delays (2021 first production?!?!) and permanent dilution by this overpaid BOD.

At least Richard Nemis knew how to speak to and not f*ck over retail shareholders.
