Creating one multi voting share out of 300 single voting subordinate shares and then being able to reverse that process at will by individual investors is something no Jurisdiction, no Stock Exchange and no Stock Brokerage would allow

Fossil, I may be incorrect, but I seem to remember that when the idea was first proposed three years ago (this idea has been discussed for much longer than most realize), the exchange at the time indicated their potential support for the idea, and labelled it as innovative.

I agree with the uncertainty about arbitrage opportunities, and wonder how that will be addressed.
