paliman ........you are right on the money saying that the NOT's price for the purpose

of interest payment to RCF for the Q2 is $.30 give or take.

Without the Volume Weighting I calculated it @ $.303, so depending on foreign

exchange of C$, RCF should receive aroung 1.3 Million shares, hopefuly less.
