We have just gone thru one of the worst commodity SLUMP in decades, metal prices are at very depressed levels. How can any company share price go up in this enviroment? But don't despair commodity prices are on there way back up and with this NOT stock price will rise more than the metals! I for one am puzzled by the Federal government inaction in matching the Provincial governmemts funding of the MUCH needed and long awaited infrastruture spending. Come on Justine step up to the plate!!
