goodheart-r.............Not ever being invested in KWG I can only

comment on my DD regarding purchase of KWG shares.

For some time felt a need for some kind of reverse split by KWG-

no less than 1 new for 10 existing shares. Reason for RS being the

urgent need to get funds to fulfill requirements of Joint Venture by

spending 1.9 Million on Black Horse by Sep 31/2016 in order to

earn-in first 40%. Without that they would be marginal player at best.

Things are getting really complicated right now and not owning any

shares i feel comfortable to let Noront vote their 114 Million shares

in the best interest of it's sharehoders and at the same time being

fair to KWG and their investors.
